The headache
A ride-hailing service runs on two very different experiences that still have to feel like one. Passengers want to book in seconds, watch their car approach, and pay without thinking twice. Drivers want the opposite: an app dense with the tools and navigation that make a long shift efficient. EliteGo needed both, built for iOS and Android, plus a website to bring new riders and drivers on board, all shaped for the French market and all carrying a single, trustworthy brand.
Our move
We designed each side around its own user before worrying about anything else. The passenger app was built to get out of the way: book, track, pay, done. The driver app went the other direction, putting the tools and navigation a driver needs through a long shift one tap away. Then we built both on one shared backend and one brand, for iOS and Android, with a website to match, so two very different experiences still feel like the same trustworthy service. One team, shaped for the French market, start to finish.

The passenger app (iOS and Android)
A clean, fast way to get a ride. Riders book in a few taps, watch their driver approach on a live map, see the fare up front, pay straight from the app, and download a receipt when the trip ends. They can ride now or schedule for later, rate their driver, and keep a full history of past trips. Certified drivers and a reliable experience, with comfort and safety at the center.
The driver app (iOS and Android)
Built to make a driver’s day simpler. A clean interface, practical trip tools, and built-in navigation through Waze and Google Maps so every route is optimized and no time is wasted. Drivers handle their busy days, planned rides, and last-minute requests from one place, with their performance, ease, and safety treated as the priority.

The front door to the whole service. A place where new riders and drivers discover what EliteGo is, see how it works, and download the right app for their phone.
